What motivates you to achieve?

When I was little, I was told I was dramatic & wined too much.

So I quieted my voice & internalized my feelings.

I was later called too sensitive by teachers & in my career.

So I hardened my heart & hustled to prove my worth.

I was made fun of for being "too skinny."

So I hid in baggy clothes, to make them stop.

Every time, I was told I was "too much" of something, it reinforced the story that "I wasn't good enough."

Do you have a core story that you carry around too?

By the time I was 32, I was so far down the rabbit hole of a persona I created to be accepted: Hustler, Party Girl, DGAF about anything, that I didn't even know who I was anymore.

Everything I had built, was on a shaky foundation based on who I thought I needed to be, to feel valued & loved.

This core feeling of not being good enough drove all of my actions...

  • 🚩I entertained "situationships" when I craved real intimacy, bc deep down I didn't think I was worthy of real love.

  • 🚩I put up with toxic work environments to make good money, bc I thought my salary dictated my value & worthiness.

  • 🚩I worked myself to the bone at the expense of my health so I would be recognized for how good I was.

Until I did the inner work & took responsibility for my life and the results I was getting, my reality (bosses, friends, work, teachers, boyfriends, income, success, etc.) reflected back to me, how I felt inside, and it wasn't pretty.

That's why I've been able to support 100+ success-driven men & women to build emotional currency & new energy to accelerate their success, without burning out.

As a result, they have gone on to...

✔️Get engaged, change industries, get promoted, start businesses, move across the country, manifest $150K+, double their prices, get pregnant after years of trying, and more.

All because old stories, fears & beliefs were no longer blocking them from what they wanted MOST.
